Upon purchase, you will be sent an email with a link to download your pdf pattern. You can print it out on normal 8.5" x 11" or A4 printer paper, tape it together, and make yourself a lovely garment. It comes with thorough written instructions accompanied by a picture walkthrough and all the info you need to go from “What’s a sewing machine?” to “I can’t believe I made this”! I’m also happy to answer any questions you have as you sew!

What if I don’t have a printer or I don’t want to do all that taping?A lot of my patterns include Copy Shop and Projector files. (Patterns that include these file types will say so in the description.) You can print the Copy shop files as one (or two) big sheets of paper at your local print shop. Then you just cut out the pattern pieces like a traditional paper sewing pattern. There are also printers that will print and ship the copy shop version right to your door. Find a resource to find shops that do this in your country here.

If you purchase this pattern and find it too hard, you realize it's not what you wanted or you are dissatisfied with it in any way you can contact me within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Oh Me Oh My is a one woman show created by me, Monica Bacon. I am a professionally trained fashion designer who has been sewing since I was 5 years old. I started making and selling sewing patterns in 2016 and it’s now my full time job. I’ve learned so much about how to clearly convey sewing instructions in that time and I’m always working to make my patterns the best they can be! It is truly my life’s passion and I feel so lucky to get to share it with you guys for a living.

When you buy an OMOM pattern you can feel assured it will include all the knowledge of a pro fashion designer and all the heart of someone who has loved sewing with my very own hands for over two decades.

So much time, energy and affection goes into my patterns. ❤️ I start by sewing and resewing the garment. Testing and retesting. I make sure I’m happy with the design and perfect the sewing methods I use. Then I take a ton of pictures of the process, write the instructions, do the graphic design etc. (so many little tasks and info include). This usually takes about two to six weeks. Then I send the pattern over to my pattern testing squad. They try out the pattern and let me know if there are any mistakes or things that could be better. The best thing about the pattern test phase is I get a good idea what steps will be trickiest for sewers of different experience levels so I tweak those sections to be as comprehensible as possible. I also get to see how the pattern fits on kids of all ages/women of all shapes and sizes to ensure I’m happy with the fit. Then the pattern becomes available to you all!
